Our staffing services include:

Contract: We recruit to staff a position on a contract basis.

Permanent Placement: We recruit the right employee to staff a position on a permanent basis.

Temporary Placement: Provides an employee to staff a position on a temporary basis.

Temporary to Permanent Placement: We staff temporary resource with the opportunity to place that person permanently in

the future.

EMPLOYERS:

One of our first goals when working with a new client is to develop an understanding of the organization we are working with and its culture. From there, we draft a position specification for the opening and develop a search strategy to identify qualified candidates. As we identify candidates, we conduct interviews to define strengths and areas of improvement. We stay in touch with our clients, providing progress reports on the search, making sure to present only the most qualified candidates.

EMPLOYER BENEFITS:

Long & Short Term Assignments- Selected qualified candidates can be utilized as temporary employees for an unlimited amount of time. Some companies bring on temporary employees for their busy seasons. Others bring in temporary employees for projects. We send employees who can commit to staying for the expected duration of an assignment.

Temp or Contract- The Temp-to-Hire arrangement allows you to evaluate an employee’s job   performance and contribution to your company while they are working there. You can then make the decision whether to hire them as your regular employee. After the required number of  temp  hours are worked, clients can hire them onto their payroll.

ADMINISTRATION:

  • Compliance with all federal labor and employment laws
  • Professional liability insurance, without limitation
  • Reporting and payment of all federal and state payroll taxes for wages paid to employees, without limitation
  • Compliance with any applicable Workers' Compensation laws, without limitation
  • Compliance with all unemployment insurance laws, without limitations
  • Compliance with I-9 and W-4 requirements for all assigned employees
  • Compliance with all laws, state and federal, requiring employers to verify the identification and eligibility to work for all employees
